Founded in 1988 in Lahore, Ahmed Associates Mills began with one uncompromising objective: bring the world's finest Pakistani rice to international markets. We source exclusively from the internationally renowned rice-growing belt of Punjab. Each lot is carefully scrutinised, matured for optimum flavour development, then processed through state-of-the-art SATAKE and MEYER milling lines — achieving 10 metric tons per hour with consistent, export-grade results.

Our Himalayan Pink Salt is extracted from the ancient Khewra Salt Mines in Punjab, Pakistan — one of the oldest and largest salt mines in the world. The distinctive pink colour comes from the natural iron oxide and trace mineral content developed over millions of years.
